The second year saw the Club consolidating itself, some Chartered members leaving the Club and fresh faces taking their places. The Meeting place, Waldorf Restaurant, Tsuen Wan, being a Chinese Restaurant, was noisy. With no microphone facility, our speakers had to shout to be heard. It was very embarrassing.
Pres. Frank emphasized on Rotary Information and urged members to apply the 4-way Test in their day to day working lives.
