Dear fellow Rotarians

here is the final update about our great HUB Charity Gala Ball at Grand Hyatt on 28th October.

Highlights:

  • No. of guest: 426
  • HK$2.6m raised
  • Rotary Club Kowloon North and our volunteer Rotaractors  of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University sold raffle tickets
  • The HUB kids performed a dance from the ballet “The Nutcracker “
  • Xander Parish & Nika Tskhvitaria, Principal dancers from the Mariinsky Ballet, St. Petersburg, performed an amazing duet from Swan Lake – total silence in the room for the first time at a Ball!
  • Hollywood star, Claudia Kim, was our other VIP guest
  • Alexander Talbot-Rice, the renowned English portrait artist, donated some of his paintings as auction items

Thanks to DG Eric Chin, all Rotarians & Friends who helped and supported this outstanding event and made it a great success for the HUB kids.
